WHAT WE REMOVE

Renovation materials ready to go.

From renovation offcuts to jobsite cleanup, our team handles the agreed heavy lifting and haul-away so you can focus on the project. One-time, scheduled and as-needed pickups are available.

Drywall & lumber

Loose non-hazardous drywall, lumber, plaster and insulation. Identify the materials and disclose suspected contamination.

Flooring & tile

Removed carpet, wood, laminate and tile. Dense material is reviewed by weight as well as space in the load.

Cabinets & fixtures

Removed cabinets, doors, windows and fixtures ready for haul-away. Ask about nonstructural removal if they remain attached.

Concrete & dense debris

Light amounts of concrete, brick and masonry, subject to quantity and weight review before acceptance.

  • Lumber, wood and scrap metal; drywall, plaster and non-hazardous insulation; flooring, carpet and tile.
  • Roofing shingles and siding, windows, doors, cabinets and fixtures. Disclose suspected contamination or hazardous material before pickup.
  • Light amounts of concrete, brick and masonry are reviewed by quantity and weight before acceptance—not treated as an unlimited full-truck load.
  • Remodel and renovation cleanup, debris from completed demolition, scheduled contractor support and DIY project cleanup.

Ask before including paint, chemicals, fuel, suspected asbestos, biohazards or pressurized containers. These are not part of an ordinary pickup and may require a specialist.

PLANNING YOUR PICKUP

Plan the load before pickup.

Construction debris is reviewed for material and weight as well as volume. The final accepted load and price are confirmed before work starts.

1

Describe the materials.

Photograph the whole pile and list the main materials. Call out concrete, tile and anything you cannot identify.

2

Confirm weight and access.

We review loading conditions, parking, labor and disposal needs. Attached items or heavy loads may need a separate scope.

3

Load and haul the debris.

We remove the agreed materials and sweep the pickup area, separating reusable or recyclable material when practical and accepted.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before we haul the debris.

Need help with a particular item or pickup?

Ask ZipHaul
What types of construction debris do you remove?

We haul non-hazardous drywall, lumber, wood, flooring, carpet, tile, cabinets, fixtures and general renovation debris. We also review shingles, siding, windows, doors, plaster, insulation and scrap metal. Concrete, brick and masonry are limited by weight and quantity and must be confirmed separately.

Do you work with contractors and homeowners?

Yes. We provide construction-debris removal for contractors, remodelers, DIY homeowners and property managers, from a single project cleanup to scheduled or as-needed pickups.

Do you offer same-day debris removal?

Same-day or next-day pickup may be available depending on the materials, amount, location and crew schedule. Contact us with photos and your preferred timing so we can confirm availability.

Is recycling included with construction debris removal?

We look for recycling options when the material and receiving facilities allow it. Tell us the types of material in the load; acceptance and disposal requirements can differ. We do not promise that every material can be recycled.

Do I need to rent a dumpster?

No. For our full-service debris pickup, the crew loads and hauls the agreed materials. Send photos and describe whether debris is in one pile or spread across the work area so the loading is included in the quote.

Why do heavy materials need a separate review?

Concrete, tile and other dense debris can reach a vehicle’s safe weight limit before its available space is full. Material, quantity, loading and disposal must be reviewed before those loads are accepted.

Can installed materials or suspected hazardous waste go in the load?

This service covers haul-away of debris. Tell us separately if cabinets, fixtures or flooring still need removal. Suspected asbestos, chemicals, fuels and other hazardous materials are not accepted as ordinary construction waste; do not disturb or mix them into the load.
