Service detailsPICKUP PLANNING
A mixed pile can hide the heavy pieces. Naming the materials helps us assess the load and any handling limits.
List flooring, drywall, lumber, cabinets and fixtures separately. Tell us whether cabinets or other pieces are already detached and ready to haul.
Include the unit floor, gate instructions, facility access hours and distance from the unit to parking. Arrange for someone authorized to identify the items for removal.
Flag concrete, tile and other dense debris. Do not mix paint, fuel, chemicals or suspected asbestos into ordinary junk; ask about those items before booking.
LOCAL COLLECTION & RECYCLING
Auburn’s city guide lists a scheduled bulky-item collection option for eligible residential garbage customers. Its recycling resources also help with items you may be able to donate or recycle separately from a cleanout load.

BEFORE PICKUP DAY
Have an item or access question that is not covered here?
Ask ZipHaulWe review loose, non-hazardous renovation debris such as lumber, drywall, flooring and cabinets. Describe the material and approximate amount. Heavy debris, mixed loads or materials with possible contamination need additional review before we accept the pickup.
Send the unit size, photos of the contents and the facility’s access rules. Tell us whether there are stairs or an elevator and who will meet the crew. Identify anything that must remain in the unit.
Only when it is part of the agreed scope. A pile of detached panels is different from an intact shed. Send photos of the structure, base and surroundings so we can review the dismantling and hauling work together.
